Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Nutaan. By using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. Questions? Email avishek@nutaan.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Nutaan platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use Nutaan.
2. Service Description
Nutaan provides an AI-powered voice calling assistant, live chat widget, knowledge base management, CRM integrations, and related tools for businesses. Features may vary by plan and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the business you register.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Nutaan to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit unsolicited bulk communications; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) infringe any intellectual property right; (e) upload malicious code or content; (f) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; or (g) resell the service without express written consent from Tecosys.
5. Billing & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Credit-based usage (AI calls, chat messages) is deducted in real time. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after a 7-day grace period.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Nutaan platform — including software, UI, documentation, and trademarks — belongs to Tecosys. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. You grant Nutaan a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of data within the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy at nutaan.com/privacy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to upload customer data to Nutaan and to make AI-assisted calls to end users.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Nutaan integrates with third-party services (Google, HubSpot, Zoho, Razorpay, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Nutaan is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nutaan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutaan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Your data is retained for 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion. Tecosys may terminate immediately for material breach, fraudulent activity, or non-payment without liability.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
