At Nutaan, your privacy is fundamental. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. If you have any questions, email us at avishek@nutaan.com.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, business details), usage data (call logs, chat transcripts), and technical data (IP address, device info, browser type). We also collect billing information through our payment processor.
2. How We Use It
To provide and improve the Service, personalise your experience, send transactional emails and service updates, detect fraud and abuse, and produce anonymised aggregate analytics that are never linked back to you personally.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. We enforce role-based access controls and conduct periodic security audits. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically isolated regions.
4. Data Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Some data (billing records, compliance logs) may be retained longer as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time via avishek@nutaan.com.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share with trusted sub-processors (Azure, OpenAI, Razorpay) who are contractually bound to confidentiality and GDPR-equivalent obligations. We may disclose to law enforcement only when legally compelled.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies (used to understand feature usage) can be disabled through your browser settings at any time without affecting service functionality.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email avishek@nutaan.com. We respond within 30 days. Users in the EEA may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
8. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Google, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) through our Integrations page, we access only the scopes you explicitly authorise. You may revoke access at any time from the Integrations settings.
9. Google User Data & Limited Use
When you connect Google Calendar, Nutaan requests the Google Calendar scopes (calendar and calendar.events) solely to create, update and cancel appointment events and to generate Google Meet links for meetings booked through Nutaan, and to check availability so we do not double-book you. We access this Google user data only to provide these scheduling features. We never use Google user data for advertising, never sell it, and never share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service to you or where required by law. Nutaan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Nutaan's access at any time from your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from our Integrations page.
10. Children
Nutaan is a business platform not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us immediately at avishek@nutaan.com if you believe a minor has provided data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you via email and an in-app banner at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
